These 14K Gabriela Artigas tusk earrings are available with a ruby or sapphire. The stone is worn in front and the tusk penetrates the ear and is visible on the bottom of the other side of the earlobe. You can also wear this in the reverse with the tusk showing and gem in the back. They are sold individually and come in 14K Rose, Yellow or White Gold.
