A stylish vintage 1990's ruby eyed snake necklace made of 9ct yellow gold. 

The necklace depicts a snake motif, designed to wrap around the wearers neck. The necklace itself is set on a spring making it comfortable and easy to take on and off the wrist! 

For length reference, it measures 16-inches in length and is secured with a tongue clasp and safety catch. Like many classic jewellery motifs, the snake was made popular in the Victorian era. The motif represents love, wisdom and eternal love!  

The snake is stamped behind the head for 9k gold, 1994, Birmingham. The necklace has a gross weight of 41.69 grams.
