There's a possibility this is a Mariam Haskel brooch, either that or it's been knocked off. You can see that the gold tone is worn off, a small bit remains. The name plate is missing and so is the chain and the closure tab on the pin. IT's still a beautiful piece and in good condition. Measures 3.5”
